REPUBLIC ACT No. 4232
An Act Providing for the Establishment of a School of Fisheries in the Municipality of Candelaria, Province of Zambales, to be Known as the Candelaria School of Fisheries, and Authorizing the Appropriation of Funds Therefor
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Philippine Congress Assembled:
Section 1
There shall be established, under the direct supervision of the Director of Vocational Education, a school of fisheries in the Municipality of Candelaria, Province of Zambales, to be known as the Candelaria School of Fisheries.
Section 2
The sum of two hundred thousand pesos is hereby authorized to be appropriated out of any funds in the National Treasury not otherwise appropriated, for the establishment, operation and maintenance of said school during the fiscal year nineteen hundred sixty-five. Thereafter, such sum as may be needed for its operation and maintenance shall be included in the annual General Appropriations Act.
Section 3
This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
