[ REPUBLIC ACT NO. 4140, June 20, 1964 ] AN ACT AMENDING REPUBLIC ACT NUMBERED THREE THOUSAND SEVEN HUNDRED AND EIGHTY-THREE. Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Philippines in Congress assembled:

Sections one and two of Republic Act Numbered Three thousand seven hundred eighty-three is amended to read as follows:
