REPUBLIC ACT No. 4102

An Act Increasing the Bed Capacity of Guihulngan Emergency Hospital in the Province of Negros Oriental, and Authorizing the Appropriations of Funds Therefor

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Philippine Congress Assembled:

Section 1

The bed capacity of Guihulngan Emergency Hospital is hereby increased from twenty-five to fifty.

Section 2

The financing of this hospital shall be in accordance with the provisions of Republic Act Numbered Nineteen hundred thirty-nine, otherwise known as the Hospital Financing Act. The necessary sums for its operation and maintenance shall be included in the annual General Appropriations Act.

Section 3

This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
