REPUBLIC ACT No. 4026

An Act Increasing the Bed Capacity of the Provincial Hospital of Misamis Oriental in the City of Cagayan De Oro and Authorizing the Appropriation of Funds Therefor

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Philippine Congress Assembled:

Section 1

The bed capacity of the Provincial Hospital of Misamis Oriental in Cagayan de Oro City is hereby increased to two hundred.

Section 2

The sum of four hundred thousand pesos is hereby authorized to be appropriated out of any funds in the National Treasury not otherwise appropriated, for the operation and maintenance of said hospital for the fiscal year nineteen hundred sixty-five. Such sums as may be necessary for its operation and maintenance in subsequent years shall be included in the annual General Appropriations Act.

Section 3

This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
