REPUBLIC ACT No. 3997

An Act Changing the Name of the Municipality of Banna in the Province of Ilocos Norte, to Espiritu

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Philippine Congress Assembled:

Section 1

The name of the Municipality of Banna in the Province of Ilocos Norte, is hereby changed to Espiritu.

Section 2

This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
