REPUBLIC ACT No. 3971
An Act Approving Any Assignment, Sale, and Transfer of the Franchise Granted to Rafael Consing Under Republic Act Numbered Seven Hundred Fifty-Seven in Favor of Marcela S. Aquino
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Philippine Congress Assembled:
Section 1
Subject to the terms and conditions prescribed in Act Numbered Thirty-six hundred thirty-six, and to the provisions of the Constitution, approval is hereby given to any assignment, sale and transfer of the franchise granted to Rafael Consing to install, operate and maintain a telephone system in the Province of Agusan and the municipalities and municipal districts thereof, under Republic Act Numbered Seven hundred fifty-seven, in favor of Marcela S. Aquino, together with all the property and equipment acquired thereunder.
Section 2
This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
