REPUBLIC ACT No. 3951

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Philippine Congress Assembled:

Section 1

Subject to the provisions of Republic Act Numbered Twenty hundred and twenty-eight, the sale, transfer and assignment by the Plywood Industries, Inc., original grantee of the franchise granted under the said Act, entitled "An Act granting the Plywood Industries, Inc., a franchise to construct, maintain and operate point-to-point radio stations in the Philippines," to the Mindanao Plywood Corporation, is hereby approved.

Section 2

This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
