REPUBLIC ACT No. 3903
An Act to Provide for the Construction or Establishment of a Regional Hospital in the Municipality of Passi, Province of Iloilo, to be Known as Passi Regional Hospital, and to Authorize the Appropriation of Funds Therefor
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Philippine Congress Assembled:
Section 1
There shall be established, under the direct supervision of the Director of Medical Services, a hospital in the Municipality of Passi, Province of Iloilo, to be known as Passi Regional Hospital.
Section 2
The sum of four hundred thousand pesos is hereby authorized to be appropriated, out of any funds in the National Treasury not otherwise appropriated, for the establishment, operation and maintenance of said hospital during the fiscal year nineteen hundred sixty-five. Thereafter, such sums as may be needed for its operation and maintenance shall be included in the annual General Appropriations Act.
Section 3
This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
