REPUBLIC ACT No. 3900

An Act to Convert the Catanduanes Secondary School in the Province of Catanduanes into a National High School and to Authorize the Appropriation of Funds Therefor

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Philippine Congress Assembled:

Section 1

The present Catanduanes Secondary School in the Province of Catanduanes is hereby converted into a national high school.

Section 2

The Secretary of Education shall reorganize the said school accordingly.

Section 3

The sum of two hundred thousand pesos is hereby authorized to be appropriated out of any funds in the National Treasury not otherwise appropriated, for the conversion, operation and maintenance of said school during the fiscal year nineteen hundred and sixty-five. Thereafter, such sums as may be necessary for its operation and maintenance shall be included in the annual General Appropriations Act.

Section 4

This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
