REPUBLIC ACT No. 3894
An Act Providing for the Establishment of a Fresh-Water Demonstration Fish Farm and Nursery in the Municipality of Bayombong, Province of Nueva Vizcaya, and Authoring the Appropriation of Funds Therefor
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Philippine Congress Assembled:
Section 1
There shall be established under the supervision of the Commissioner of Fisheries, a fresh-water demonstration fish farm and nursery in the Municipality of Bayombong, Province of Nueva Vizcaya, to be known as Bayombong Fish Farm and Nursery.
Section 2
The sum of fifty thousand pesos is hereby authorized to be appropriated out of any funds in the National Treasury not otherwise appropriated, to carry into effect the purpose of this Act during the fiscal year ending June thirtieth, nineteen hundred and sixty-five. Thereafter, the sum of thirty thousand pesos for the operation and maintenance of the said project shall be included in the annual General Appropriations Act.
Section 3
This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
