REPUBLIC ACT No. 3886

An Act to Provide for the Establishment of a National Trade School in Bacolod City and to Authorize the Appropriation of Funds Therefor

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Philippine Congress Assembled:

Section 1

There shall be established under the direct supervision of the Director of Vocational Education a national trade school in Bacolod City, to be known as Bacolod City National Trade School.

Section 2

The sum of two hundred thousand pesos is hereby authorized to be appropriated out of any funds in the National Treasury not otherwise appropriated, for the establishment, operation and maintenance of said school during the initial year. Thereafter, such sums as may be needed for its operation and maintenance shall be included in the annual General Appropriations Act.

Section 3

This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
