REPUBLIC ACT No. 3865
An Act Amending Article XIV-A of Republic Act Numbered Four Hundred and Nine, Otherwise Known as the Revised Charter of the City of Manila
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Philippine Congress Assembled:
Section 1
Article XIV-A of Republic Act Numbered Four hundred and nine, otherwise known as the Revised Charter of the City of Manila, as inserted by Republic Act Numbered One thousand eight hundred and forty-two, is further amended to read as follows:
> "*Article XIV* -A Veterinary Inspection Board > > "Sec. 80-A. Composition. -There is hereby created a Veterinary Inspection Board which shall be composed of the Chairman and three members: Provided, That nothing in this law shall affect the tenures of office of the incumbent Chairman and two members of the Meat Inspection Board who shall automatically serve in the same position and capacity in the Veterinary Inspection Board upon approval of this Act: And Provided, further, That the third member shall be incumbent technical assistant on veterinary matters of the Meat Inspection Board. The Chairman shall receive a compensation of fourteen thousand pesos per annum and each of the three members shall receive twelve thousand pesos per annum."
Section 2
This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
