REPUBLIC ACT No. 3861
An Act Changing the Name of the Pampanga School of Arts and Trades in the Municipality of Bacolor, Province of Pampanga, to Don Honorio Ventura Memorial School of Arts and Trades
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Philippine Congress Assembled:
Section 1
The name of the Pampanga School of Arts and Trades in the Municipality of Bacolor, Province of Pampanga, is changed to Don Honorio Ventura Memorial School of Arts and Trades.
Section 2
This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
