REPUBLIC ACT No. 3816

An Act to Further Amend Certain Sections of the Charter of the City of Baguio so as to Provide a New Schedule of Salaries of its Officials

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Philippine Congress Assembled:

Section 1

Item 114, paragraph "a," Title A, Section one of Republic Act Numbered Thirty-one hundred and one, entitled "An Act appropriating funds for public works, synchronizing the same with previous public works appropriations," is hereby deleted.

Section 2

Under paragraph "b," Title A, Section one of the same Act, a new item is hereby inserted to read as follows:

"191. Bogo National Hospital, Bogo, Cebu ₱50,000.00"

Section 3

This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
