REPUBLIC ACT No. 3795

An Act Providing for Four Assistant Provincial Fiscals for the Province of Lanao del Sur, by Further Amending Section Sixteen Hundred Seventy-Four of the Administrative Code

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Philippine Congress Assembled:

Section 1

Section sixteen hundred seventy-four of the Administrative Code, as amended, relative to assistant provincial fiscals, is further amended so that the Province of Lanao Del Sur shall have four assistant provincial fiscals.

Section 2

This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
