REPUBLIC ACT No. 3777
An Act Converting the Puericulture Center in the Municipality of Narvacan. Province of Ilocos Sur, into an Emergency Hospital to be Known as the Central Ilocos Sur Emergency Hospital, and Authorizing the Appropriation of Funds Therefor
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Philippine Congress Assembled:
Section 1
The Narvacan Puericulture Center in the Municipality of Narvacan, Province of Ilocos Sur, is hereby converted into an emergency hospital to be known as the Central Ilocos Sur Emergency Hospital.
Section 2
The sum of one hundred fifty thousand pesos is hereby authorized to be appropriated, out of any funds in the National Treasury not otherwise appropriated, for the conversion, operation and maintenance of said hospital during the fiscal year nineteen hundred and sixty-four. Thereafter, such sums as may be needed for its operation and maintenance shall be included in the annual General Appropriations Acts, in accordance with the provision of the Hospital Financing act of provinces.
Section 3
This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
