REPUBLIC ACT No. 3694
An Act Converting the Cavite High School in Cavite City into a National High School to be Known as the Cavite National High School, and Appropriating Funds Therefor
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Philippine Congress Assembled:
Section 1
The Cavite High School in Cavite City is hereby converted into a national high school to be known as the Cavite National High School. A comprehensive curriculum which includes both academic and vocational courses shall be offered.
Section 2
The Secretary of Education is hereby empowered to reorganize said school accordingly.
Section 3
The sum of two hundred fifty thousand pesos is hereby appropriated, out of any funds in the National Treasury not otherwise appropriated, for the conversion, operation and maintenance of said school during the fiscal year nineteen hundred sixty-four. Thereafter, such sum as may be needed for its operation and maintenance shall be included in the annual General Appropriation Acts.
Section 4
This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
