REPUBLIC ACT No. 3670
An Act Authorizing the Appropriation of the Sum of Four Hundred Thousand Pesos for the Operation and Maintenance of the Itawes Agricultural College in the Municipality of Piat, Province of Cagayan
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Philippine Congress Assembled:
Section 1
The sum of four hundred thousand pesos is hereby authorized to be appropriated, out of any funds in the National Treasury not otherwise appropriated, for the operation and maintenance of the Itawes Agricultural College created under the provisions of Republic Act Numbered Three thousand one hundred and four in the Municipality of Piat, Province of Cagayan, during the fiscal year nineteen hundred sixty-four. Such sums as may be necessary for the same purpose in subsequent years shall be included in the annual General Appropriation Acts.
Section 2
This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
