REPUBLIC ACT No. 3636
An Act Creating Two Positions of Labor Inspector for the Province of Cagayan, and Authorizing the Appropriation of Funds Therefor
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Philippine Congress Assembled:
Section 1
There are hereby created two positions of labor inspector for the Province of Cagayan, one of them for the first representative district and the other for the second representative district, with a compensation of three thousand six hundred pesos per annum each.
Section 2
No person shall be eligible for appointment as labor inspector for the Province of Cagayan unless he is a member of the Philippine Bar.
Section 3
The sum of seventy-two hundred pesos is hereby authorized to be appropriated, out any funds in the National Treasury not otherwise appropriated, for the salary of the positions created under this Act. Such sum as may be necessary for same purpose in subsequent years shall be included in the annual General Appropriation Acts.
Section 4
This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
