REPUBLIC ACT No. 3631
An Act Providing for the Establishment of an Agricultural High School in the Municipality of Tabuk, Kalinga, Mountain Province, to be Known as Bibak National Agricultural High School, and Authorizing the Appropriation of Funds Therefor
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Philippine Congress Assembled:
Section 1
There shall be established an agricultural high school in the Municipality of Tabuk, Kalinga, Mountain Province, to be known as Bibak National Agricultural High School.
Section 2
The Secretary of Education, who shall exercise supervision over said school, is hereby authorized to locate and acquire, or to cause to be located and acquired, the site thereof which shall be within the Municipality of Tabuk.
Section 3
The sum of two hundred thousand pesos is hereby authorized to be appropriated, out of any funds in the National Treasury not otherwise appropriated by law, for the establishment, operation and maintenance of said school for the fiscal year nineteen hundred sixty-four. Such sum as may be needed for its operation and maintenance in subsequent years shall be included in the annual General Appropriation Acts.
Section 4
This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
