REPUBLIC ACT No. 3605
An Act to Provide for the Establishment of a Hospital in the Third District of Iloilo to be Situated in the Municipality of Alimodian of the Same Province, to be Known as the Aleosan Hospital, and to Authorize the Appropriation of Funds Therefor
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Philippine Congress Assembled:
Section 1
There shall be established, under the direct supervision of the Department of Health, a hospital in Barrio Bangcal, Municipality of Alimodian, Province of Iloilo, to be known as the Aleosan Hospital.
Section 2
The sum of three hundred thousand pesos is hereby authorized to be appropriated, out of any funds in the National Treasury not otherwise appropriated, for the establishment, operation and maintenance of said hospital during the fiscal year nineteen hundred sixty-four. Thereafter, such sum as may be needed for its operation and maintenance shall be included in the annual General Appropriation Acts.
Section 3
This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
