REPUBLIC ACT No. 3558
An Act Providing for the Establishment of a Rural and Vocational High School in the Municipality of Claveria, Province of Cagayan, to be Known as the Claveria Rural and Vocational High School, and Authorizing the Appropriation of Funds Therefor
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Philippine Congress Assembled:
Section 1
There shall be established, under the direct supervision of the Director of Public Schools, a rural and vocational high school in the Municipality of Claveria, Province of Cagayan, to be known as the Claveria Rural and Vocational High School.
Section 2
The sum of one hundred thousand pesos is hereby authorized to be appropriated, out of any funds in the National Treasury not otherwise appropriated, for the establishment, operation and maintenance of said school during the fiscal year nineteen hundred sixty-four. Thereafter, such sum as may be needed for the operation and maintenance of said school shall be included in the annual General Appropriation Acts.
Section 3
This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
