REPUBLIC ACT No. 3552

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Philippine Congress Assembled:

Section 1. The possession, control and ownership of Lots Nos

1, 2-A, 2-B, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, and 8 of the Cadastral Survey of the Province of Capiz situated in Barrio Culasi, City of Roxas, which lots were surveyed in the name of the Commonwealth of the Philippines and now owned and in the possession of the Republic of the Philippines, are hereby transferred to the City of Roxas: Provided, However, That whatever rights might have been granted by the National Government to private individuals over the aforesaid parcels of land shall not be disturbed and shall continue to subsist until their termination.

Section 2

This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
