REPUBLIC ACT No. 3535
An Act Creating One Additional Position of Assistant Provincial Fiscal in the Province of Cagayan, Amending for the Purpose Section Sixteen Hundred Seventy-Four of the Administrative Code, as Amended
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Philippine Congress Assembled:
Section 1
The provision of Section sixteen hundred seventy-four of the Administrative Code, as amended, relative to the number of assistant provincial fiscals in the Province of Cagayan is further amended to read as follows:
"Cagayan, six assistant provincial fiscals;
Section 2
This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
