REPUBLIC ACT No. 3520

An Act Converting the Puericulture Center in the Municipality of Dumangas, Province of Iloilo, into an Emergency Hospital to be Known as the Dumangas Emergency Hospital, and Authorizing the Appropriation of Funds Therefor

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Philippine Congress Assembled:

Section 1

The Dumangas Puericulture Center in the Municipality of Dumangas, Province of Iloilo, is hereby converted into an emergency hospital to be known as the Dumangas Emergency Hospital.

Section 2

The sum of one hundred fifty thousand pesos is hereby authorized to be appropriated, out of any funds in the National Treasury not otherwise appropriated for the conversion, operation and maintenance of said hospital during the fiscal year nineteen hundred sixty-four. Thereafter, such sum as may be needed for its operation and maintenance shall be included in the annual General Appropriation Acts.

Section 3

This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
