REPUBLIC ACT No. 3455
An Act Granting Philippine Citizenship to Khalil Khodr
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Philippine Congress Assembled:
Section 1
Khalil Khodr is hereby granted Philippine citizenship with all the rights, privileges and prerogatives appurtenant thereto: Provided, That this grant shall become effective upon Khalil Khodr taking an oath of allegiance to the Republic of the Philippines and executing a renunciation of his former citizenship, copies of which shall be recorded in the civil registrars office in Butuan City: Provided, further, That the citizenship herein granted carries with it all the duties and responsibilities incident to such citizenship.
Section 2
This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
