REPUBLIC ACT No. 3441
An Act Providing for the Establishment of a Fresh-Water Experimental Demonstration Fish Farm Nursery at the Municipality of San Pablo, Province of Isabela, and Authorizing the Appropriation of Funds Therefor
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Philippine Congress Assembled:
Section 1
There shall be established and maintained, under the supervision of the Director of Fisheries, a fresh water experimental demonstration fish farm nursery at the Municipality of San Pablo in the Province of Isabela.
Section 2
The sum of fifty thousand pesos is hereby authorized to be appropriated, out of any funds in the National Treasury not otherwise appropriated, to carry into effect the purposes of this Act during the fiscal year ending June thirtieth, nineteen hundred and sixty-two. Thereafter, the necessary amount for the purpose shall be included in the General Appropriation Act of each year.
Section 3
This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
