Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Philippine Congress Assembled:

Section 1

The provision of Section sixteen hundred seventy-four of the Revised Administrative Code, as amended, relative to the number of assistant provincial fiscals in the Province of Palawan, is further amended to read as follows:

"Palawan, two assistant provincial fiscals.

Section 2

This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
