REPUBLIC ACT No. 3328
An Act Amending Section One of Republic Act Numbered Eighteen Hundred Ninety-Five
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Philippine Congress Assembled:
Section 1
Section one of Republic Act Numbered Eighteen hundred ninety-five is hereby amended to read as follows:
> "Sec. 1. There shall be established, under the direct supervision of the Director of Public Schools, a national agricultural school in any of the following municipalities: Pagbilao, Tayabas, Mauban, and Lucban, Province of Quezon. The site for the said institution shall be in a public land of any of said municipalities, which is hereby set aside for this purpose, to be determined by the said Director in consultation with the Director of Lands."
Section 2
This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
