REPUBLIC ACT No. 3309

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Philippine Congress Assembled:

Section 1

Item (a), under Group II (re projects for the Province of Negros Oriental), page 534, Section two, entitled "Short-term Projects," of Republic Act Numbered Two thousand seven hundred and one, is hereby amended to read as follows:

> "(a) Santa Catalina Municipal Building ₱4,000.00 > > "(a-1) Lazi Municipal Building Construction 17,000.00"

Section 2

This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
