[ REPUBLIC ACT NO. 3298, June 18, 1961 ] AN ACT AMENDING CERTAIN ITEMS OF REPUBLIC ACT NUMBERED TWENTY-SEVEN HUNDRED, AND ONE, ENTITLED "AN ACT TO APPROPRIATE FUNDS FOR PUBLIC WORKS, SYNCHRONIZING THE SAME WITH PREVIOUS PUBLIC WORKS APPROPRIATIONS." Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Philippines in Congress assembled: Section 1. Item (e), page 218, Group II, for the Province of Negros Oriental, under Subsection (b) of Section two of Republic Act Numbered Twenty-seven hundred and one is hereby amended to read as follow: | "(e) Cabulihan Home Economics School Building, Larena | ₱1,000.00 | | --- | --- | | "(ee)Cabulihan Shop Building, Larena Construction | 5,000.00 | | "(eee) Improvement of school premises, Cabuiihan Elementary School, Larena | 4,000.00 | Section 2. Item (m), page 532, under Subsection (e), Section two, entitled "For Reconstruction, Improvement and Repair of Nation Wide Selected Projects," for the Province of Negros Oriental, of the same Act is hereby amended to read as follows: | "(m) Tapon Elementary School, Larena Construction and/or improvement | ₱5,000.00 | | --- | --- | | "(mm)Building for Home Industries Projects, Larena | 5,000.00" | Section 3. Item (a), under "Siquijor," page 534, under Subsection (c), Section two, entitled, "For Reconstruction, Improvement and Repair of Nation Wide Selected Projects," for the Province of Negros Oriental, of the same Act, is hereby amended to read as follows: | "(a) Minalolan Shop Building, Maria | ₱5,000.00 | Section 4. This Act shall take effect upon its approval. Enacted, without Executive approval, June 18, 1961.
