REPUBLIC ACT No. 3170
An Act Converting the Sta. Maria Emergency Hospital in the Municipality of Sta. Maria, Province of Bulacan, into a General Hospital, to be Known as the Sta. Maria General Hospital, and Authorizing the Appropriation of Funds Therefor
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Philippine Congress Assembled:
Section 1. The Sta
Maria Emergency Hospital in the Municipality of Sta. Maria, Province of Bulacan, is hereby converted into a general hospital, to be known as the Sta. Maria General Hospital.
Section 2
The sum of one hundred fifty thousand pesos is authorized to be appropriated out of any funds in the National Treasury not otherwise appropriated, to carry out the purpose of this Act for the fiscal year nineteen hundred sixty-two. Thereafter, the necessary sum for the same purpose shall be included in the annual General Appropriation Acts.
Section 3
This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
