REPUBLIC ACT No. 3154
An Act Providing for the Establishment of an Emergency Hospital in the Municipality of Dumalag, Province of Capiz, and Authorizing the Appropriation of Funds Therefor
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Philippine Congress Assembled:
Section 1
There shall be established, under the Bureau of Medical Services, a twenty-five bed emergency hospital in the Municipality of Dumalag, Province of Capiz, to be known as the Dumalag Emergency Hospital.
Section 2
The sum of one hundred thousand pesos is hereby authorized to be appropriated, out of any funds in the National Treasury not otherwise appropriated, for the establishment and construction of said hospital as well as the purchase of equipment and facilities thereof. The annual maintenance of said hospital shall be in accordance with the provisions of Republic Act Numbered Nineteen hundred thirty-nine.
Section 3
This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
