REPUBLIC ACT No. 3145
An Act Converting the Puericulture Center in the Municipality of Maria Aurora, Subprovince of Aurora, into an Emergency Hospital, and Authorizing the Appropriation of Fifty Thousand Pesos for the Purpose
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Philippine Congress Assembled:
Section 1
The Puericulture Center in the Municipality of Maria Aurora, Subprovince of Aurora, is hereby converted into an emergency hospital to be known as the Maria Aurora Emergency Hospital. The said hospital shall be maintained and operated under the supervision of the Director of Medical Services.
Section 2
The sum of fifty thousand pesos is hereby authorized to be appropriated, out of any funds in the National Treasury not otherwise appropriated, for the operation and maintenance of the said hospital for the fiscal year ending June thirty, nineteen hundred and sixty-two. Such sum as may be necessary for its operation and maintenance in subsequent years shall be included in the annual General Appropriation Acts.
Section 3
This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
