REPUBLIC ACT No. 3074
An Act Creating Another Position of Labor Attorney for the Province of Negros Occidental, to be Assigned in Bacolod City
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Philippine Congress Assembled:
Section 1
There is hereby created another position of labor attorney for the Province of Negros Occidental, to be assigned in Bacolod City, with an annual compensation of three thousand one hundred eight pesos.
Section 2
Said labor attorney shall be under the direct supervision and control of the Department of Labor. He shall perform the same duties and functions which are now exercised by labor attorneys.
Section 3
There is hereby appropriated the sum of three thousand one hundred eight pesos, or so much thereof as may be necessary to carry out the purpose of this Act during the fiscal year nineteen hundred and sixty-two. Such sum as may be needed in subsequent years for the same purpose shall be included in the annual General Appropriation Acts.
Section 4
This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
