REPUBLIC ACT No. 3053

An Act Providing Minimum Compensation for Certain Members of the City Police Force of the City of Cebu, Amending for the Purpose Section Thirty-Five of Commonwealth Act Numbered Fifty-Eight

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Philippine Congress Assembled:

Section 1

Section thirty-five of Commonwealth Act Numbered Fifty-eight is amended by adding at the end thereof the following new paragraph:

"The following members of the City Police Force shall receive minimum compensation at the following rates:
"Patrolmen and Patrolmen
Detectives ₱2,160.00 per annum
"Corporals and Corporal Detectives 2,280.00 per annum
"Sergeants and Sergeant Detectives 2,400.00 per annum

Section 2

This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
