AN ACT PROVIDING FOR THE TRANSFER FREE OF CHARGE OF ALL BUILDINGS, PROPERTIES AND ASSETS BELONGING TO THE FORMER PROVINCE OF ZAMBOANGA AND LOCATED WITHIN THE CITY OF ZAMBOANGA TO THE SAID CITY, BY AMENDING SECTION FIFTY OF COMMONWEALTH ACT NUMBERED THIRTY-NINE, ENTITLED "AN ACT CREATING THE OF CITY OF ZAMBOANGA."

REPUBLIC ACT No. 3039

Section 1

Section fifty of Commonwealth Act Numbered Thirty-nine is amended to read as follows:

"Sec. 50. Provincial buildings, properties and assets. All buildings, properties and assets belonging to the former Province of Zamboanga and located within the City of Zamboanga are hereby transferred, free of charge, in favor of the said City of Zamboanga."

Section 2

This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
