REPUBLIC ACT No. 3012
An Act to Amend Heading 73.14, Chapter 73, Schedule XV, Section One Hundred Four of Republic Act Numbered Nineteen Hundred Thirty-Seven, Otherwise Known as the Tariff and Customs Code of the Philippines
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Philippine Congress Assembled:
Section 1
Heading 73.14, Chapter 73, Schedule XV, Section one hundred four of Republic Act Numbered Nineteen hundred thirty-seven is amended to read as follows:
"73.14. Iron or Steel Wire, single strand, with
a. cross-sectional dimension of 5.5mm to 6.5m ad val. 10% b. cross-sectional dimension of 1.65mm to 5.49m ad val. 75% or G.W., 100 kg ₱16.00 c. other ad val. 15% d. coated but not insulate ad val. 15%
Section 2
This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
