REPUBLIC ACT No. 2887
An Act Reappropriating Certain Sums Appropriated in Republic Act Numbered Nineteen Hundred and Republic Act Numbered Sixteen Hundred Thirteen
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Philippine Congress Assembled:
Section 1
The sum appropriated under item 25, for the Province of Albay, page 434, paragraph g, Section two of Republic Act Numbered Nineteen hundred, to wit:
> "25. Municipal Building, including purchase of a site, Legaspi ₱20,000.00;" > > and the sums appropriated under item 18, for the Province of Albay, page 133, paragraph g, Section two of Republic Act Numbered Sixteen hundred thirteen, and item (39), for the Province of Albay, page 209, paragraph c, Title A, Section four of the same Act, namely; > > "18. Municipal Building, Legaspi 57,000.00." > > "(39) Legaspi Municipal Building, Albay 43,000.00;"
totalling one hundred twenty thousand pesos, are hereby reappropriated for the construction of a gymnasium and grandstand and the purchase of additional site for the central school at Porong-banwa, Camalig, Albay.
Section 2
This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
