REPUBLIC ACT No. 2865

An Act Amending a Certain Item of Republic Act Numbered Fourteen Hundred and Eleven, Entitled "An Act Appropriating Funds for Public Works"

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Philippine Congress Assembled:

Section 1

Item 9, under Group III for the Province of Batangas, page 286, Section three of Republic Act Numbered Fourteen hundred and eleven is hereby amended to read as follows:

"9. San Miguel Barrio School, Padre GarciaConstruction and/or improvement ₱6,000.00
"9-A Padre Garcia Central School buildingConstruction and improvement 4,000.00."

Section 2

This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
