An Act Amending a Certain Item of Republic Act Numbered Twenty-Three Hundred and One, Entitled "An Act Appropriating Funds for Public Works"

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Philippine Congress Assembled:

Section 1

On page 588 of Republic Act Numbered Twenty-three hundred and one, item No. 5, under

> "Miscellaneous," of Section two, entitled "Projects under maintenance and short-term program of capital improvements," is hereby amended to read as follows: > > "5. Zamboanguita: (a) Mayabon River Control ₱15,000.00."

Section 2

This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
