REPUBLIC ACT No. 2849

An Act Amending Certain Items of Republic Act Numbered Twenty-Three Hundred and One, Entitled "An Act Appropriating Funds for Public Works"

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Philippine Congress Assembled:

Section 1

Item (a) on page 441, under Group II for the Province of Negros Oriental, paragraph d, Section two of Republic Act Numbered Twenty-three hundred and one is hereby amended to read as follows:

"(a) Lazi Municipal BuildingConstruction ₱30,000.00"
Section 2. Item No. 4 on page 587, under "Public Buildings," paragraph e, Section two of Republic Act Numbered Twenty-three hundred and one is hereby amended to read as follows:
"4. Lazi (a) Municipal Building ₱4,000.00

Section 3

This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
