REPUBLIC ACT No. 283

An Act Amending Section One of Republic Act Numbered Fifty-Eight

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Philippine Congress Assembled:

Section 1

Section one of Republic Act Numbered Fifty-eight is amended by adding thereto the following paragraph:

> "The seat of government of the municipality of Tubod in the Province of Lanao shall be the site of the former barrio of Tubod before its incorporation into the said municipality."

Section 2

This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
