REPUBLIC ACT No. 2756

An Act to Amend Section Three of Republic Act Numbered Nineteen Hundred Eighty-One Entitled "An Act to Establish a Breeding Station in the Municipality of Himamaylan, Province of Negros Occidental"

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Philippine Congress Assembled:

Section 1

Section three of Republic Act Numbered Nineteen hundred eighty-one is amended to read as follows:

Sec. 3. Such sum as may be necessary to carry out the purposes of this Act is hereby appropriated, out of any funds in the National Treasury not otherwise appropriated, for the establishment, operation and maintenance of said station for the fiscal year ending June thirty, nineteen hundred sixty-one.

Section 2

This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
