REPUBLIC ACT No. 2735
An Act to Authorize the Establishment of an Experimental and Demonstration Oyster Farm in Sta. Maria, Ilocos Sur, and to Authorize the Appropriation of Funds Therefor
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Philippine Congress Assembled:
Section 1
The Director of Fisheries is hereby authorized to establish an experimental and demonstration oyster farm in the Municipality of Sta. Maria, Province of Ilocos Sur, which shall be called Ilocos Sur Oyster Experimental and Demonstration Station.
Section 2
The sum of thirty thousand pesos is hereby authorized to be appropriated, out of any funds in the National Treasury not otherwise appropriated, to carry into effect the purpose of this Act during the fiscal year ending June thirtieth, nineteen hundred and sixty-one. Thereafter, the necessary amount for the purpose shall be included in the annual General Appropriations Act.
Section 3
This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
