REPUBLIC ACT No. 2724
An Act to Amend Certain Items in Republic Act Numbered Sixteen Hundred and Thirteen
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Philippine Congress Assembled:
Section 1
Items twenty-two and forty-two of paragraph g, Section two, page 166 of Republic Act Numbered Sixteen hundred and thirteen are amended to read as follows:
> "22. Lungsodaan Barrio School building, Hinundaya ₱2,000.00 > > "42. Shop building, Triana Elementary School, Limasawa Island Malitbo 4,000.00" > > Section 2. The name and location of Project No. B-273.34, Title B, Appendix A, page 534-A, Republic Act Numbered Sixteen hundred and thirteen are amended to read as follows: > > "Otama-Biasong feeder road, Hinunangan"
Section 3
The "Remarks" on Project No. C-000.1 (27) Title C, Appendix A, page 894-A of Republic Act Numbered Sixteen hundred and thirteen are amended to read as follows:
> "Provided one well each be drilled at Abgao Pananawan, Tam-is, Guadalupe, Ibarra, Maria Clara, Mantahan, Laboon, Tagnipa, Isagani and Balilahay, Municipality of Maasin; San Roque, Mabini and Manaya, Municipality of Macrohon; Sacob (Triana), Sto. Rosario (Burgos), Lungsodaan (Burgos), Concepcion school site (Concepcion), Abgao, Timba I, Magata (San Isidro), Tinago (Banday), Maanyag (Banday), and Maslog, Municipality of Malitbog; Himbangan, Municipality of St. Bernard; and two wells in Paco, Maasin."
Section 4
This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
