There is hereby created a department under the Office of the Auditor General, General Auditing Office, to be known as the Program Audit Department, with the following positions and appropriation for its operation: I. Personal Services | A. There is hereby appropriated, out of any funds in the National Treasury not otherwise appropriated, the amount of one hundred eighty-eight thousand, six hundred fifty pesos and forty centavos for the fiscal year nineteen hundred and sixty-one. The corresponding appropriation for the succeeding fiscal years shall be included in the annual General Appropriations Act.

This Act shall take effect on July 1, 1960.
