REPUBLIC ACT No. 2689
An Act Further Amending Section Eleven of Republic Act Numbered Three Hundred Twenty-Eight, Otherwise Known as the Charter of the City of Calbayog
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Philippine Congress Assembled:
Section 1
The last paragraph of Section eleven of Republic Act Numbered Three hundred twenty-eight, as amended, is further amended to read as follows:
"The members of the Municipal Board shall each receive a salary of two thousand four hundred pesos per annum: Provided, However, That they shall not be entitled to collect any per diems and travelling allowances when performing their duties within the city.
Section 2
This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
