REPUBLIC ACT No. 2669

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Philippine Congress Assembled:

Section 1

The provision of Section sixteen hundred seventy-four of the Revised Administrative Code, as amended, relative to the number of assistant provincial fiscals in the provinces of Cebu and Pangasinan, is further amended to read as follows:

"Cebu, thirteen assistant provincial fiscals;
"Pangasinan, eighteen assistant provincial fiscals;

Section 2

This act shall take effect upon its approval.
