Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Philippine Congress Assembled:

Section 1

The provision of Section sixteen hundred seventy-four of the Administrative Code, as amended, relative of the number of assistant provincial fiscals in the Province of Samar, is amended to read as follows:

"Samar, ten assistant provincial fiscals;

Section 2

This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
